Apple Support App (concept)
Apple's products are designed to be easy to use, but occasionally users need help from Apple's support site. Very little of Apple's support site has been optimized for mobile: product documentation, discussion communities, and repairs are all designed to be viewed from a desktop computer. Here is my take on an Apple Support app that could help customers track repair requests, learn about their product on forums, and contact support if they need help with their products.
