Food Allergies: Design Research Project
I'm addressing the stress and danger involved when families dine-out with a child who has food allergies. Please take a look at the research I've conducted to better understand the problem of food allergies. If I were to move forward with this project, I would imagine having a holistic solution that might involve a standardized system for restaurant kitchens, wearable technology, and fewer trips to the hospital.
